the bathroom decor looked nice!
The price didn't match the room, though. It needs a refresh. i had to book the spa ahead of time, even with my stay and only got an hour. it wasn't relaxing.

We booked the robin a-frame treehouse for a midweek break. it had a hot tub, sauna, mini kitchen, two showers, and luxurious bath. the massive bed on the mezzanine included the best bedding and pillows. i appreciated the concierge service. A shuttle transported us from the bars and restaurants to the treehouse!!!
i didn't like that the jets on the hot tub only worked on one side. these details should be checked, especially given the price.

i stayed at celebration suite and it was 8pm and i heard a loud bang at the door it was the hotel manager they said the music was too loud and we had been smoking in the room i did not smoke in the car park cameras show this they want to fine you £150 for smoking in the room when we didn't.

The amenities were comprehensive, including a great hot tub. I particularly enjoyed the great rainfall shower and the on-site rib room. The special there rivaled Michelin-starred cuisine.
The hotel room lacked air conditioning and a fridge, causing it to get a little warm overnight.

The hotel provided convenient parking. It was close to major routes, less than a 10 minute drive. Alternatively, a park-and-ride service operates opposite the carriageway. This is useful for accessing local areas.

I found the tree house beautiful and cosy. The rooms are stylish and well-equipped. The accommodation was very warm, even with snow on the ground. I slept very well, due to the ultra quiet location.

The hot tub was one of the best I have experienced. I enjoyed using the sauna. It worked perfectly. The spa facilities were extensive, including a large spa area with sauna and pool, EVERYTHING was clean.

The staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. All staff members were helpful and friendly. I found this level of attentiveness to be rare. EVERYONE was kind.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The premium room was clean. The bathroom included a large free-standing bath and a walk-in shower.
I did not have the best room. It looked out onto where workers come in and out. I could hear that a lot. The wine cost £38 a bottle, expensive. I think that they need to print new menus with the current prices.
